Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SearchPriority, including the website, Google Search Console integration, Chrome extension, paid features, and related services. By using SearchPriority, you agree to these terms.

1. About SearchPriority

SearchPriority is an independent software service operated by Idowu Micheal.

SearchPriority helps users analyze data from their authorized Google Search Console properties to identify and prioritize SEO opportunities, including Striking Distance and Content Decay opportunities.

SearchPriority may also allow users to customize and save their own analysis criteria and methodologies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SearchPriority.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using your account and must not impersonate another person or entity.

3. Google Search Console access

SearchPriority connects to Google Search Console only after you authorize access through Google OAuth.

SearchPriority requests read-only access to Search Console data. SearchPriority cannot use this permission to modify your Search Console properties, settings, or data.

You may revoke SearchPriority's access through your Google Account permissions at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and analyze any Search Console property you authorize through SearchPriority.

4. What SearchPriority provides

SearchPriority provides software tools designed to help you identify, prioritize, and review potential SEO opportunities based on your Search Console data.

Features may include:

  • Striking Distance analysis
  • Content Decay analysis
  • Opportunity scoring and prioritization
  • Supporting evidence and opportunity history
  • Custom Analysis criteria
  • Saved analysis models
  • Manual and scheduled syncing where available
  • Chrome extension access where available

5. SEO results and recommendations

SearchPriority provides analytical and decision-support tools. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic growth, revenue, conversions, or any other SEO outcome.

Search engine performance can be affected by many factors outside SearchPriority's control, including algorithm changes, competition, technical changes, content quality, seasonality, and changes in user behavior.

Opportunity scores, confidence indicators, recommendations, and analysis results are intended to help you prioritize investigation and decision-making. You remain responsible for deciding what actions to take.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SearchPriority to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
  • Attempt to bypass account, subscription, or security controls
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Service in an unlawful manner
  • Use the Service for automated spam, fake traffic, ranking manipulation, fraudulent activity, or other abusive practices
  • Use the Service to harm SearchPriority, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties

7. Free and paid plans

SearchPriority may offer both Free and paid plans with different limits, features, and usage allowances.

The current Pro plan is priced at $19 per month, billed monthly.

Features, limits, and plan availability may change over time. Any changes that affect an existing paid subscription will be communicated where appropriate before they take effect.

8. Billing and payment processing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for SearchPriority transactions.

Paddle may handle payment collection, taxes, invoices, payment methods, refunds, and other transaction-related functions.

By purchasing a paid plan, you may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and payment policies.

SearchPriority does not store your full payment card details.

9. Subscription renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

The applicable subscription price will be shown before you complete your purchase.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid SearchPriority subscription at any time through the available billing or account management controls.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation, your paid access will normally continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your SearchPriority account or associated data.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable requirements of Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is available at searchpriority.com/refund-policy.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep SearchPriority available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, API limitations, security incidents, or other circumstances outside our control.

Google Search Console data may also be delayed, incomplete, or subject to limitations imposed by Google.

13. Third-party services

SearchPriority relies on third-party services, including Google, Paddle, and hosting infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security, or operation of third-party services outside our control.

14. Intellectual property

SearchPriority and its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, scoring systems, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of SearchPriority or its intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of the websites, Search Console properties, and underlying business information that you connect to SearchPriority.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SearchPriority where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

You may stop using SearchPriority at any time.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

SearchPriority is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for every SEO strategy or business decision.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SearchPriority and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill resulting from SEO decisions, search engine changes, third-party services, or use of SearchPriority.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to the Service

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features from SearchPriority over time.

We may also change plan limits or pricing. Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice where appropriate.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of SearchPriority after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
